Parish Center:   Please note that all 2017 dates are already booked.  The 2018 bookings for the Parish Center (gym) open on May 1, 2017. 

Facility:  Parish Center (gym)

Capacity:  400 Maximum with dancing, or 500 seated

Tables/chairs:  8' rectangular tables with metal folding chairs

Available from 7a.m. to 11 p.m. Music must end by 11 p.m. Facility returned clean and locked by 12 midnight.

Fee:  $3,850

Fee Breakdown:

$500 Initial Fee – Due when the contract is signed and the hall is reserved. 

Balance due 30 days before the event:

$2,000 Rental Fee, $200 Liability Insurance, $150 Security Patrol & $1,000 Refundable Security Deposit


Facility:  De Sousa House 

Capacity:  150 maximum

Tables/chairs:  Round tables (60" diameter) with cushioned wooden chairs

Subject to availability from full-day, half-day, or evening hours

Fee:  Full-Day, Half-Day or Evening (see below)

Fee Breakdown:

$150 Initial Fee – Due when the contract is signed and the hall is reserved. 

Balance is due 30 days before the event:

Rental Fee - $900 Full-Day Rental Fee (7 a.m. to 11 p.m.), OR $600 Half-Day (mid-day to 11 p.m. OR $400 Evening Rental Fee (evening to 11 p.m.)

$200 liability insurance & $500 Refundable Security Deposit
